Host a Special Event

Several opportunities exist to enhance your ministry or product. Whether it is an Exhibit Booth, Program Book, Sponsored Workshop or Special Event, now is the time to schedule!

Please review the material below for hosting an event at the NACC 2012 and act now. This year with the NACC being located in one facility we are restricted by certain space limitations. Please do not hesitate to get back with us on your event as soon as possible to guarantee we have the space to accommodate you. 

 All Special Events must be scheduled through the NACC. 

Step 1: Special Event Request Form

This form will indicate your preference of date, time, the type of function you desire, and the amount of guests you anticipate. If you are planning on hosting more than one event, please complete the Special Event Request form for each event you plan to host or make sure to include information on both events on the form. Fax it to our office at 513-772-9980, scan and email it to me at aplatt@nacc-online.org and/or mail it to our office at 110 Boggs Lane, Suite 330, Cincinnati OH, 45246.

Step 2: Confirmation Letter

After the Special Event Request Form is received from your organization; you will then receive a confirmation email with the location of your event. The email will include the room for your event, as well as the individual you will work with to finish setting up your event.

Step 3: Finish any Details

After you receive placement for your event and the contact information for your liaisons with catering and audio visual, you can continue with planning the details of your event. Below you will find the NACC specially priced menus (pre-negotiated all inclusive menus that include the service charge (24%) in the price reflected), the regular menus, and the audio visual prices for the hotel convention center.

Step 4: Promote Your Event

Promote your event by exhibiting with us in our exhibit hall and by placing an ad in the NACC program book.
