Before Making a Hotel Reservation

Why should I book my hotel through the NACC?

Staying in the NACC hotel block helps the NACC negotiate the best possible pricing for everyone.

When should I arrive? When should I depart?

NACC runs Tuesday, July 10 – Friday, July 13.  Consider arriving early and staying late to take advantage of the area attractions.

The NACC rate is available July 6-13, 2012. Additionally, this rate is available up to 3 days before or 3 days after the above date range, on a space available basis.

Where can I get specific information about the resort, such as distance to the convention center, hotel address, parking rates and hotel amenities?

How many people are allowed to stay in one room?

A double/double room has two double beds in one room. Up to four persons may stay in a double/double room. A single room has one bed. Up to two persons may stay in a single room.

How do I get a non-smoking room?

You will have the opportunity to request a non-smoking room when you make your reservation.

What is the hotel tax?

The resort will add tax to your bill upon check-out. Currently, Orlando hotel tax is 12.5%.

Are NACC attendees required to stay at the resort?

No, you may attend the NACC even if you do not stay overnight at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort.  Standard-size vehicle parking is $8/visit or night.  Large vehicle parking (bus, RV, trailer) is $25/night or $25/visit.
