Registration FAQs

When should I register?

The best time to register is now. Rates increase after February 19. Click here to register.

How do I receive my badge and registration materials?

Name badges and registration materials are not mailed. Badges and materials will be distributed at the NACC Pre-Registration Counter, open 8:00 AM Tuesday, July 10 through the end of the NACC.

How do families register?

Adults who register as couples or individuals may add all children (birth – 12 years) in the family household for $10 per child.  This $10/child rate includes every session of the 2012 NACC Children’s Convention.  See the Children’s Convention schedule for hours of operation.

Children who are 13 or older register at the student rate. See the Student Convention schedule for hours of operation.

Do you have financial assistance programs?

Yes, we do not want the registration cost to keep you from attending. You have a couple options.

 

  1. Please consider volunteering. Volunteers work approximately 4 hours and receive a complimentary registration. It takes hundreds of volunteers to operate the event. We have a variety of opportunities for everyone. Volunteer registrations appear exactly the same as paid registrations. Contact Carie to learn more.
  2. If you are unable to volunteer, please consider our simple application process for a registration scholarship. Scholarship registrations appear exactly the same as paid registrations. Contact Debbie to learn more.

Can I attend without registering?

We ask that you register, but you are welcome to attend as a guest during the evening main sessions (7:00 PM). Parents attending as evening guests, please make childcare arrangements. Child and student programs are open only to registered attendees.

I have an exhibit booth. Do I need to register?

Yes, exhibitors must register for the NACC. Reduced registration rates are available to exhibitors who register early. Exhibitors register separate from non-exhibitors. Click here to register as an exhibitor.
