Dr Ralph H. Draper, Ed. D. has served as the superintendent of schools for the Spring Independent School District in Spring, TX, a fast-growing suburb north of Houston.
Dr. Draper has served as a pulpit minister for congregations in St. Louis, Nashville, Cambridge, as well as Longview, TX and Kilgore, TX.
