Booth Provisions

Exhibit Booth Kit

Included in the price for each booth are 3’ side dividers, 8’ draped table, 2 side chairs, trashcan and a sign indicating organizations’ name and booth number.

The aisles only will be carpeted; Carpet for individual booths may be ordered from the exhibit decorator or an alternate provider, information included in April in the Spring Packet.

Electricity, Internet, Phone Service, and Other Utilities will be made available by the Convention Center. Details will be provided in April in the Spring Packet. Any other furniture/equipment should be ordered from the Geo. Fern Co. or an alternate provider. Information and order forms will be included in the spring packet in April.

Details

  • 10 ft x 10 ft booths (8 ft high drape with 3 ft side drapes)
  • One 8’ x 30” foot skirted table, 2 Chairs, and a trashcan
  • Program Book listing (deadline: 04/01/2010).
  • NACC website listing with link to exhibitor website and email address.
  • A two line, 7 inch by 44 inch exhibitor identification sign
  • 2 Families, 2 Couples, or Four Complimentary Individual Registrations (per exhibiting organization)

Note: Exhibitor will have the opportunity to purchase additional registrations registrations at 50% off the prevailing rate when the purchase is made.

Convention badges will only be provided to registered attendees. Registrations are NOT transferable.
