Dr. Tim Elmore is the Founder and President of Growing Leaders, a non-profit organization created to develop emerging leaders and connect generations. Through Growing Leaders, he and his team are equipping middle school, high school and college students on hundreds of campuses across the US and overseas to think and act like authentic, servant leaders.

Dr. Elmore has authored more than twenty books, including the bestselling Habitudes^TM: Images that Form Leadership Habits and Attitudes, and Life Giving Mentors. He has appeared on ABC's Family Channel, "Focus on the Family" and other national radio broadcasts casting vision for developing next generation leaders. Tim lives in Atlanta with his wife Pam and their two children.

Dr. Robert Jeffress is the senior pastor of the 12,000 member First Baptist Church of Dallas, TX. He is a graduate of Baylor University (B.S.), Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M), and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (D.Min.). Dr. Jeffress is the author of 17 books including The Solomon Secrets; Hell? Yes!, When Forgiveness Doesn't Make Sense; and Clutter-Free Christianity: What God Really Desires For You. In August 2006, Vision America honored him with the "Daniel Award" for his steadfast commitment & boldness in proclaiming the uncompromising Word of God. He hosts a television program, Pathway To Victory, and teaches a daily sermon series, aired on more than 1,200 TV, cable & radio stations. Dr. Jeffress and his wife Amy have two daughters.

She has been interviewed internationally, notably on PBS, A&E, MSNBC, NPR, and Focus on the Family. She has been a featured speaker in all fifty states and nine foreign countries. Liz is a regular columnist for Today’s Christian Woman. She and her husband Bill live in Louisville, Kentucky.

Like most women, Karla has worn several "hats," and she's enjoyed each one: pastor's wife, mom, missionary, administrative assistant, vocalist, speaker, and board member. Currently she works for the School of Medicine at the University of Washington and serves the Filipino-American Christian Church in Seattle, Washington with Jim, her husband of 36 years. Karla has been a member of the NACC Continuation Committee for the past few years and is on the Executive Committee for 2010 with responsibility for the Women's Conference. Her favorite things include spending time with friends and family, cooking, singing, designing cards, traveling, and speaking with women about the joys of living as a daughter of the King.

Our speaker is Wayne B. Smith of Lexington, Kentucky. Wayne served the Southland Christian Church in Lexington for 40 years. Southland is the second largest church in the state, averaging in excess of 8,000 in worship each weekend. Since retiring in 1996, he has traveled extensively, speaking at various events and churches almost weekly. He and his wife, Marjorie, have two married daughters and five grand-children. Wayne was reared in Cincinnati OH, and his wife is a native of Cynthiana KY. Known for his humor, Wayne is often referred to as the "Bob Hope of Ministry."
