Ministry Partner & Special Exchange Partner

Each year we provide opportunities to our exhibitor organizations and others for incremental visibility in the many areas we use to promote and inform our attendees of the event.  These opportunities are created via a sponsoring partnership called Ministry Partner.   When a sponsor is a non-ministry organization, they are called Special Exchange Partner.

Sponsor partnerships are arranged using CASH investment from the sponsor, or are arranged by mutually exchanging services between NACC and the Sponsor.

Examples:

FOR CASH:

NACC can provide promotional exposure through increased visibility, meeting space for strategic meetings, choice booth space, advertising, special arrangements, and even planning services, etc.

FOR EXCHANGE:

The promotional exposure mentioned above under FOR CASH  can also be handled as a sponsor exchange for items like lanyards, banners, signage, printing, computers, food and beverage, audio visual, equipment, software, and professional services.

Promotional Opportunities

Sponsor partnerships are built around NACC Programs (such as the President’s Banquet, workshop tracks, programming features for adults, children, and students, and with featured guest speakers or entertainment), or NACC efforts (such as registration, resource centers, Live Streaming, and hospitality areas).

NACC uses the following promotional methods to support these sponsor opportunities:

  • The NACC Program Book: The event program book is a full color, 110-120 page program book which is presented in a 1:1 ratio between Program Content and full page advertising. Sponsor logos are listed inside the front cover each year. Additional sponsor mentions/logos are used in applicable locations of their sponsorship throughout the program book.   • The NACC UPDATE: The UPDATE is the promotional magazine that highlights the upcoming program components and each mailing goes to 30,000+ different attendee and church addresses. 6,000+ Christian churches and churches of Christ receive the UPDATE, and the remaining addresses are those who have given support to, or attended the NACC within the most recent five year period. The UPDATE is mailed in October, January, and April of each year prior to the upcoming summer NACC. Click here for Advertising information.
  • The NACC Website: the NACC website is a user-friendly website that is routinely updated with the most recent program components and information about the summer NACC. All main session programming, workshop information, registration, housing info, exhibit updates, special event news, and all event related information is captured there for easy access. This is where sponsor listings, links, and logos, are tied to program components.
  • The Re:Connect enewsletter: The NACC has its own enewsletter called Re:Connect that begins each year as program news is finalized for the following year. It runs twice monthly from October through January, and then weekly through the event dates. This enewsletter highlights the upcoming program, and is used to promote special events, and noteworthy news about the many featured speakers and activities available to attendees. Where and when applicable, sponsors are mentioned, listed, and or linked. Readership appears to be increasing about 20% annually, and is currently just under 6,000 subscribers. This growth in subscribers indicates our success with this valuable new promotional technology.
  • Social Networking and Promotion: NACC utilizes Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Blogging, to promote the NACC each year. This helps create the ongoing buzz which drives additional interest to the NACC website, and in turn, provides the additional sponsor visibility you want to achieve.
  • Additionally, NACC uses floor banners, easel signage, public announcements, and main session graphic slides to promote sponsored special events and sponsored areas.
  • Special sponsorship benefits are extended for Diamond sponsors.

  • YOUR Logo is placed on Six (6) Sponsor floor banners that are strategically positioned at the event.
  • YOUR Logo on NACC Appreciation or Thank You easel sign for your sponsored area(s).

$6,001 to $12,000

ALL of the SILVER BENEFITS plus the following:

  • Personalized banner with YOUR logo for your sponsored area.
  • YOUR BANNER AD (167×80) with YOUR LINK on the NACC Website in Two (2) locations.
  • Presider privileges at your sponsored event or workshop track.
  • Ability to place “YOUR” own organizational floor banner in a designated lobby location during the event. (two(2) floor banners in two(2) separate locations outside the Exhibit Hall)
  • Sponsor listing with any applicable promotional email blasts that are used to promote your sponsored area(s)( scheduled monthly, January through June).

$12,001 to $24,000

ALL of the SILVER and GOLD BENEFITS plus the following:

  • Complimentary Program Book Ad space (full page) – Value $1,000.
  • Promotional mentions in Re:Connect enewsletter for your sponsored area (2 each)
  • 50% Discount on a ½ page UPDATE Ad space when arranged, prior to the reservation deadline (Value $1,500).

$24,000+

ALL of the SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM BENEFITS plus the following:

  • Multiple Sponsored Areas- duplication of promotional exposure for each sponsored area.
  • One Complimentary ½ Page Ad Space in the January or April UPDATE, when arranged prior to the reservation deadline (Value- $3,000).
  • Graphic Slide sponsor logo/or mention in the Main Session(s).
  • NACC Facebook shared entries (5 each, between March and June) with website links, surrounding your sponsorship(s).
  • AND Bonuses… will adapt some other benefits to meet our mutual objectives.
